Purpose of the service
Nachi3D Certify is a public registry. Its sole purpose is to let a holder of a Nachi3D figurine confirm that the embedded NFC chip and printed certificate belong to a piece registered by the editor.
Use of verification URLs
By opening a verification URL, you accept that your IP-derived country, region, user-agent and the time of your visit are logged for the purposes described in the privacy policy. The service is provided as-is, free of charge, without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
No warranty on the figurines
Successful verification confirms that a piece is registered. It does not constitute an appraisal, an authentication for resale, or any commercial warranty on the figurine itself. Purchase terms remain governed by the sales contract between the buyer and Nachi3D.
Acceptable use
Automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks and attempts to enumerate or modify the registry are prohibited. The editor reserves the right to refuse or terminate access in case of abuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Essaouira.
